Y15 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document contains all the terms and conditions governing use of the y15 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below.

These terms apply to all users of the y15 platform in Malaysia. Effective date: 1 January 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the y15 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to discontinue use of our platform.

To use y15's services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • Registering with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information.
  • Not be on any prohibition or restriction list imposed by the relevant authorities.
  • Using the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Taking full responsibility for all activities carried out under your account.

Y15 reserves the right to decline registration applications or close existing accounts without prior notice if eligibility requirements are not met or fraud is suspected.

2. Account Creation and Security Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the y15 platform. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Choosing a strong password and not sharing it with anyone.
  • Keep your login credentials stored securely at all times.
  • Notify y15 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Keeping your personal information up to date whenever changes occur.

Y15 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed to ensure the security of all parties.

3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR

Deposit Policy

All deposits and transactions on the y15 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). y15 accepts a variety of local payment methods, including online banking via FPX, digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, and direct bank transfers to major Malaysian financial institutions.

Deposits are typically credited to your account almost instantly once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. y15 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties, including banks or digital wallet providers.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests will only be processed once identity verification (KYC) is complete and all bonus or rollover requirements have been met. The name on the receiving bank account must match the name registered on your y15 account.

Y15 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, users will be contacted for further verification. All withdrawals are processed in MYR only.

4. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct

Users of the y15 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Fraud and Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or use automated software (bots) to play is strictly prohibited.
  • Money Laundering: The y15 platform must not be used for any activities related to money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
  • Account Sharing: Allowing others to use your account or sharing your login credentials is a serious violation that may result in account closure.
  • Unauthorised Collusion: Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in table games or Sports Betting is strictly prohibited.
  • Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses using false information, multiple accounts, or any method intended to exploit the promotions system is a breach of terms.
  • Any activity that violates Malaysian law or the platform rules set out in this document.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without compensation, and y15 reserves the right to disclose information to the relevant authorities where required by law.

5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

Y15 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses from gaming, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond our control. y15's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the user's net deposit amount in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trade names, software, and other materials available on the y15 platform are the exclusive property of y15 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from y15.

Third-Party Links

The y15 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. y15 has no control over the content or practices of such third-party services and accepts no liability for any losses arising from their use.

6. Account Suspension, Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Account Suspension and Closure

Y15 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. Any valid balance in an account closed for reasons other than fraud will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete and identity verification has been confirmed.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the y15 support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the settlement of any outstanding balances or pending transactions.

Changes to These Terms

Y15 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this website. Your continued use of the y15 platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be deemed amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
